Projects for Change

Projects for Change inspires Grade 6-9 students to think introspectively to select a meaningful topic that addresses a local or global issue and develop real projects for the greater good.  They work in groups to draft a proposal for the project, including evaluative criteria, timeline, material requirements, and how their actions will create social impact. Along the way, they can engage with external professionals drawn from our parent or the wider business and leadership community, and are guided by their Projects for Change supervisors who support them on a regular weekly basis. Students have addressed stray animal adoption through advocacy, created a meditation video for mental health, raised funds for many charities, and educated the community on the detrimental effects of plastic waste.
