Joining a new organization is never easy. Is this a stable organization? What are the students like? Does the school's philosophy and ethos match my own? Will I get along with my colleagues? What kind of career path will there be for me?
If you are coming from outside of China, the questions become even more complicated. What is Beijing like? Is it a good city to live in? Will I have easy access to things that I am accustomed to?
These are all legitimate and real questions that are important to ask and even more important for us to answer. We offer competitive packages for both our Chinese local staff as well as overseas colleagues. With two campuses (one downtown, and the larger one in the suburbs), we are a growing school that still enjoys the intimacy that comes with a small school, but have big plans in store as we roll out our high school.
